FAQ
Q: How much will it cost me to get a safe shipped to my house?
A: Zero dollars.  Continental US only.  Any safe that weighs more than 70lbs must
be truck shipped therefore we cannot ship heavy safes outside of the lower 48.

Q: Will you be able to bring the safe into my house and install it?
A: The delivery company is only obligated to deliver the safe to the curb of the
shipping address, or to a loading dock.  Any further is between you and the
driver.  It is advised to hire someone to assist you in moving the safe where you
want it to be installed and have a safe technician (locksmith that works on safes)
install it and set the combination for you.

Q: How long will it take for my safe to arrive after I order it?
A: That depends on what time we receive the order, the state you want it shipped
to and where the safe you ordered is in stock.  Generally orders for heavy safes
are shipped the day after an order is received as we must make arrangements
for the trucking company to pick it up.  If you shipping address is in WA, OR, ID,
MT, WY, ND, SD, NV, UT, CO, AZ, NM, NE, KS, IA, WI, MN, or MI then it will take
longer for your safe to arrive because we don't have a distribution center in or
around those states.

Q: Where are the distribution centers?
A: Brentwood, NY; Louisville, KY; Jacksonville, FL; Charlotte, NC &
San Bernardino, CA.  If your shipping address is in CA we must have your safe in
the CA warehouse.

Q: Can I pick my safe up at your distribution center?
A: We must make arrangements for customer pickup with our supplier prior to you
showing up.  If you intend on picking up your safe you must let us know at least
24 hours in advance.  We will then contact you with instructions on how and
where to pick your order up.

Q: Do I have to be at the shipping address when the safe arrives?
A: You must be at the shipping address when the safe is delivered.  The delivery
company should contact you to make an appointment prior to delivering your safe
so be sure to be there.

Q: What do I do if my safe is damaged when I receive it?
A: First and foremost, do NOT accept the shipment.  Request a damage claim
from the driver and contact us immediately.  Under no circumstances should you
accept a damaged safe.

Q: What is your return policy on safes?
- Prior to delivery -
A: If you order safe that must be truck shipped, you must cancel the order before
the trucking company picks it up from our supplier's warehouse.  If you refuse the
shipment when it arrives or nobody is available to accept the order when the
shipper shows up, you will be liable for the shipping charges for shipping it both
to you and back to the warehouse.  This could exceed $1000.000.  If you order a
safe from us, be 100% certain that you want that safe before you finalize the
order.
- After delivery -
A: Once the safe is delivered and you have inspected and signed for it, the safe
belongs to you.  If you wish to return it after that, contact us and we will have to
get authorization from the FACTORY before we can allow you to return the safe
to the warehouse.  If the factory allows the return, you will be responsible for
paying any and all shipping charges to get the safe returned safely to the
warehouse.  You must insure it.  If the safe arrives damaged (except for damages
during return shipment), appears used, is refused by the factory or cannot be
resold as new, the safe will be returned to you at your cost.

Q: How do I change the combination on my safe?
A: Read the owner's manual or contact the factory.  If you have lost your manual
and purchased the safe from us, contact us and we can get you a new one, or
simply contact the factory directly.  You can always contact a safe
technician/locksmith to change the combination for you.
